Sample Pre-concentration Trap (SPT)
The Varian Sample Preconcentration Trap (SPT) is a sample concentrating device for the determination of trace level volatile organic components in air and gaseous matrices.
- Built-in-GC design: Fully integrated into the GC and controlled from the GC, requiring no additional bench space.
- Fast trap heating rate (up to 40癈/sec): Ensures excellent narrow peak shape even for low boiling analytes.
- Very low cryogen consumption (both the SPT and column oven ): Reduces cost of ownership and simplifies every day maintenance.
