Our turnkey PrepStar and SepTech systems with columns and software provide versatile solutions for applications using semipreparative, preparative, and process chromatography.

Two scale-up formats cover the full spectrum of sample types. High efficiency systems separate complex samples using small particle sorbents (5-10 μm) to deliver milligram to gram quantities of pure product (Scale-Up 1). High-throughput systems use larger particle sorbents (10-25 μm) with column overload strategies to deliver gram to multi-kilogram quantities of pure product in more economical platforms (Scale-Up 2).

PrepStar SD-1 - Analytical to Prep

• Direct linear scale-up with Star Workstation software for data handling and report generation
• Extremely accurate flow rates over wide dynamic ranges with high pressure capabilities for 50, 200, and 500 mL/min pump heads
• Pulse-free flow from 0.001 mL/min to 3200 mL/min with five different heads
• For production requirements, use LC ReSponder process control software and the PrepStar 530 module

PrepStar 218: Affordable Dedicated Prep

• Semi-prep capability with 50 or 100 mL/min pump heads

PrepStar SD-2 System: Larger Scale Processing at the Benchtop

• Most economical scale-up format using lower cost, larger particle sorbents

Load & Lock: Pack Your Own Preparative and Process Columns

• Move packed columns, up to 75 mm ID, from the packing station to any location with Axial Compression (AC) maintained by a unique locking mechanism
