Share Your experience with Others
When faced with a new separation, most chromatographers begin by searching the literature or a database of applications, such as Varian's Scanview to find a starting point for their work.
Chromatographers throughout the world have a long history of sharing applications information. Now you can contribute to this knowledge base by submitting an application to Varian. Varian will make the applications available to scientists around the world via the Internet and Application Notes publications.

Here are the guidelines:
- Send us a chromatogram, run on either a Varian brand HPLC Column - Pursuit, Polaris, Microsorb - or our FactorFour GC Capillary Column. Where possible, submit chromatograms of samples, standards or spiked samples.
- All chromatograms submitted become the property of Varian and can be used for publication in Varian documentation such as our newsletter inspirations, brochures, Scanview etc. Reference will be made to the company and the person who contributed the chromatograms, only after approval of the contributor.
- Applications must be fully documented. Please complete one of the downloadable application forms
